INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
As our firm and level of talent continue to grow, our mission is to assist in molding young engineers into industry leaders. Through RPA’s Internship Program, young men and women are able to prepare for a career in engineering by participating in unique opportunities and experiences which facilitate a seamless transition from student to professional.

Our interns develop a high level of work ethic and standards sought after by employers as a result of working alongside our most experienced engineers and engaging in real-time projects. Once accepted into the program, the RPA Internship Team assesses participants’ backgrounds and professional goals to individually match and pair each intern with a mentor of similar background and interests. Mentors serve as a source of guidance throughout the Internship Program and as a connection to a network of engineering professionals which interns are able to rely on and benefit from long after a semester at RPA.
